Millenium Building - Sabadell. A building of 22 floors and 90 metres high. More than 20,000 square metres. A new reference point. A new millennium.

What was going to be the tallest tower and the new icon of the city and surrounding area also had to be the most innovative building. In facilities and services. In sustainability. And in efficiency. The 9th floor. Almost halfway. There we decided to centralize the production of heating and cooling. Below this floor the thermal system simplified the development of the mechanical installations, especially with regard to pumping. Results: reduced costs in the distribution of energy.
